-Bonjour, peux-tu te présenter aux lecteurs ? Hello, could you introduce yourself ?
Bonjour, Olivier (@ino_olivier sur Twitter et un peu partout) 32 ans, de Bretagne. Collectionneur de cartes de foot (soccer) principalement mais touche aussi un peu au Basketball.

-Depuis quand collectionnes-tu et comment es-tu tombé dans le hobby ? How long are you collecting ? How do you start collecting ?
Les cartes de sport je suis tombé dedans milieu 2021 grâce à Twitter, je suis arrivé sur ce réseau début 21 à la base pour partager ma passion pour les TCG, Pokémon ou Captain Tsubasa et au fur et à mesure des rencontres Gylbret, Thierry de CopCartes par exemple, j’ai vite vrillé sur les cartes NBA puis Foot.
The sports cards I fell into in mid-2021 thanks to Twitter, I arrived on this network at the beginning of 21 at the base to share my passion for TCGs, Pokémon or Captain Tsubasa and as I met Gylbret, Thierry de CopCartes for example, I quickly twisted on the NBA then Football cards.
-Te souviens-tu de ta toute première carte ? Laquelle était-ce ? Do you remember your first card ? Which one was it ?
Collectionnent les stickers de foot et les cartes, mes premiers souvenirs remontent à la primaire quand on s’échanger nos vignettes Panini pour compléter les albums, pour parler du hobby comme on l’entend. Les premières cartes viennent de breaks NBA mais ma vraie première grosse carte c’est une Haaland numérotée 9/10 en Topps Merlin 95 Heritage sortie de ma toute première boîte perso.
Collecting football stickers and cards, my first memories go back to primary school when we exchanged our Panini stickers to complete the albums, to talk about the hobby as we hear it. The first cards come from NBA breaks but my real first big card is a Haaland numbered 9/10 in Topps Merlin 95 Heritage out of my very first personal box.
-Quels sports, quelles cartes et/ou collections recherches-tu ? What kind of sports, what kind of cards or collections are you looking for ?
Mes recherches en foot vont des cartes Vintage des années 50/60 au hobby actuel en passant par les stickers des années 90, c’est large! Je recherche principalement de l’auto en hobby, du “rookie” en sticker et des légendes françaises en Vintage.
My research in football ranges from Vintage cards from the 50s/60s to the current hobby, including stickers from the 90s, it’s wide! I’m mainly looking for cars in hobby, “rookie” in sticker and French legends in Vintage.
-Quelle est la plus belle carte de ta collection ? What’s your most beautiful card in your collection ?
En soit, je débute dans ce milieu, ma pièce préférée c’est le sticker Panini 99 du Gremio sous PSA avec la première apparition de mon idole Ronaldinho sur une carte ou un sticker, une pièce obtenue par un échange avec un ami US collectionneur de Ronaldinho aussi.
Either way, I’m new to this industry, my favorite piece is the Panini 99 sticker from Gremio under PSA with the first appearance of my idol Ronaldinho on a card or a sticker, a piece obtained by an exchange with a US friend who is a collector of Ronaldinho too.
-Quel est ton prochain achat ? What’s your next purchase ?
Prochain achat… ça va tellement vite, sûrement une auto du PSG ou de l’équipe de France. Au moment où j’écris je suis à la chasse d’une Obsidian auto de Thiago Motta.
Next purchase… it’s going so fast, surely a auto card from PSG or the French team. As I write I am on the hunt for a Thiago Motta Obsidian auto.
-Quel est ton budget mensuel ? What’s your monthly budget ?
Ça varie en fonction des ventes, mais sinon on doit être à une centaine d’euros par mois.
It varies according to sales, but we must be at a hundred euros per month.
-Quelle est la carte de tes rêves ? What’s your dream’s card ?
Une auto de Ronaldinho et en sticker le « rookie » de Zidane Panini Foot 92.

-Quel(s) conseil(s) donnerais-tu à un débutant ? Aurais-tu un bon plan à lui donner ? Have you an advice to a beginner ? Have you a good hobby plan ?
Le meilleur conseil c’est le partage, c’est la clé pour moi si tu veux bien vivre ta passion, discuter, apprendre. Après d’essayer de comprendre ce que l’on aime vraiment sans se soucier si c’est à la mode ou pas!
The best advice is sharing, it’s the key for me if you want to live your passion, discuss, learn. After trying to understand what we really like without worrying if it’s fashionable or not!
-Quelle est ta vision du hobby actuellement ? What’s your actual hobby’s vision ?
Ma vision du hobby actuel, c’est que le foot n’est pas assez répandu dans le hobby, il suffit de regarder la bannière de USFC… 😆 Sinon je pense que le hobby en France et en Europe viendra par le foot et je ne dis pas ça parce qu’on a monté le CartesFootballClub avec des collègues sur Twitter mais un peu quand même.
Je comprends bien évidemment que les sports dits US paraissent pour les historiques comme les plus importants dans le hobby mais c’est pour moi la vraie clé de l’expansion du Hobby en Europe!
My vision of the current hobby is that football is not widespread enough in the hobby, just look at the USFC banner… 😆 Otherwise I think the hobby in France and Europe will come through football and I don’t don’t say that because we set up the CartesFootballClub with colleagues on Twitter, but a little anyway.
Of course, I understand that the so-called US sports seem to the historical as the most important in the hobby but for me it is the real key to the expansion of the Hobby in Europe!
